Things to know

Pickup Time:

We have 3 pick up times 8am,9am,10am your exact pick up time will be given to you 3 days prior to you scheduled date. Once you have your pickup time you you must arrive at that time on your rental day. You will forfeit your rental if you're late with no refunds. It is very important you plan your time accordingly. We do not offer delivery or pickup service

Motorcycle License:
The Polaris Slingshot rental does not require a motorcycle license. However a valid drivers license is required. Our Slingshots are fully automatic.
A second form of identification verifying your address is also required. ( Vehicle Registration or insurance card or a current utility bill addresses must match). No exceptions

Insurance

Insurance must be purchased for 15$ (per day) after booking you will be emailed directions and a link to purchase Insurance directly

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel we ask it happens at least 10 days prior to the start date of the reservation. Please call or email if you need to cancel.

There are no refunds for undesirable weather but we will reschedule you and make certain your new reservation is first in queue if there is bad weather forecasted on your pickup day. The decision to reschedule your rental based on bad weather is made the night before your rental.

Parking your car:

There is street parking available however if you do park on the street you do so at your own risk. We recommend getting dropped off and picked up or using a ride share app.

Security Deposit:

We will put a $750 hold on the credit card used to make the booking the day before your rental. If you need to use another card for payment (which must match the renters name) for the security deposit please contact us after booking.

Reservations:

Reservations are taken online ONLY we are not a storefront and can be reached by phone or email. We do not do rentals longer than 3 days.
You must be 25 or older to rent. Our season is from April 1st - Sept 30th
Our rentals can be taken to the following states NJ, NY, PA. DE, and have no mileage restrictions
